He did an excellent job on my car. He fixed my transmission. My car's running beautifully! Going to do some minor things. Found my forever mechanic! Edit: He charged me about a thousand dollars less than what a place would have charged me. I appreciate it very much!

Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before using this mechanic. I initially paid Mike $100 through Zelle for a diagnostic/deposit on my 2001 Toyota Avalon. I was told the rear struts needed to be replaced, and we agreed on $800 total, including used parts and labor. After keeping my car for several days with very little communication, I was told the used parts were no longer available because the parts source had “thrown them out.” I was then asked for hundreds of dollars more. I specifically told Mike to contact me before approving the additional $500 for new parts, but I was later told “yo bro send the 500” because the parts had already been ordered. The information about the parts was also inconsistent. I was initially told they were being ordered out of state, then told they were coming from O’Reilly Auto Parts. I repeatedly requested an itemized invoice showing the parts and labor but did not receive one at the time and never did. I ultimately paid around $1,300, despite originally agreeing to $800. Before paying the additional amount, I contacted other mechanics and received quotes of roughly $700–$900 for the same general rep

He diagnosed my car properly after someone else misdiagnosed it. Thank you for diagnosing my cars main issues and saving me thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs.
